HOW BRISBANE™ ONE WORKS
HOW BRISBANE™ ONE WORKS
Migraines are a neurological condition. They involve the trigeminal nerve sending pain signals to the brain, blood vessels changing pressure, and the nervous system becoming hypersensitive to light, sound, and touch. Regular headaches are different — typically caused by muscle tension, stress, or eye strain building up pressure in the same areas.
Brisbane targets the physical experience of both.
Air Compression Six airbags apply gentle, rhythmic pressure across your forehead, temples, and eye area — where both migraine and headache pain is felt most. For migraines, compression reduces the pain signals the trigeminal nerve sends. For regular headaches, it releases the muscle tension causing the pressure — the same way pressing on a tense muscle helps it relax.
Heat Therapy (Optional) During both migraines and headaches, the muscles around your head and temples tighten and make the pain worse. Gentle warmth at 45–55°C helps those muscles loosen and calms your nervous system. If heat feels like too much during an intense attack, turn it off and use compression only.
Together, they don't stop the underlying cause — but they meaningfully reduce how much it hurts while it passes.

Some of the most asked question answered
-
Is it safe to use with my medical condition?
Brisbane™ One is non-invasive and drug-free — no electrical current, no magnets, no chemicals. However, if you have a VP shunt, brain aneurysm, have undergone DBS surgery, have a cranial neurostimulator , have recently had eye surgery including cataract or glaucoma surgery, or are pregnant, please consult your doctor before use. Your safety comes first. -
How loud is it? I am very sensitive to sound during a migraine.
Brisbane™ One operates quietly. The airbags inflate and deflate with a soft, low rhythm — not a mechanical buzz or vibration. Sound-sensitive users specifically mention this as one of the reasons they can tolerate it during an active attack when other devices were too disruptive.
-
Does it work for real/neurological migraines — not just tension headaches?
Migraines are a neurological condition and we do not claim otherwise. What Brisbane™ One targets is the physical experience of an attack — the trigeminal nerve pathways, vascular pressure, and muscle tension that make a migraine unbearable. It does not stop the neurological process. It meaningfully reduces how much it hurts while it passes. That distinction matters, and we stand behind it.

What types of migraines and headaches does it help with?
Brisbane™ One works well for migraines with and without aura, tension headaches, hormonal migraines, stress headaches, eye strain headaches, sinus headaches, postdrome headaches, cervicogenic headaches, and menopausal headaches. For vestibular migraines, cluster headaches, and hemiplegic migraines, results vary more — which is exactly why the 100-day guarantee exists.

This head and eye massager is such a relaxing find! It gives a gentle massage with soothing heat that really helps ease headaches and eye strain. The vibrations feel calming on the forehead, and it’s perfect after a long day or screen time. It’s rechargeable, easy to use, and gives a spa-like experience at home. Great for stress relief.
Very nice product..it's easy to use and price is not bad either. This is one of my favorite ways to relax after a long day.As soon as I turned it on,I could feel the gentle yet effective massage motion that really helped relieve tension in my scalp and head.
This works exactly as I hoped it would. It's compression. For someone neurodivergent like me, compression is INCREDIBLY soothing. I have a few friends who have migraines like I do that I can't wait to recommend it.
